« Room wasn’t cleaned, no coffee pods or cups, pool side food order delivered to room instead of pool, took 30 min to get valet parked car because there were so many people checking out. In fairness, the manager did give us a food credit for our trouble. This is a new hotel in a great location but it is understaffed for the number of area events it supports. »

« great "apartment" hotel. Location is excellent - next to lots of shopping and restaurants. There are all of the basics in the apartment. we were on second floor by street, so a tiny bit loud but id you get higher up or on the other side of the property no problem In general it is a quiet street. Overall, GREAT »

« The building needs to be condemned. They advertise “New Rooms” on their sign in LARGE letters, and yet there is NO such existence of ANY such thing!!!! There was also a dog in a room on our floor that barked ALL night long! NEVER, EVER again! »

« The hotel was beautiful! The ambiance when you enter the hotel is giving upscale cabin retreat. The rooms were clean and amenities updated. Staff always greeted us with a smile and treated us like friends. The were so accommodating and had a shuttle for us to us to get to Emory University. 10 out of 10 I do recommend. »

« The heating system was so noisy it prevented us from sleeping. The shuttle service from the airport was terrible. We waited outside for 30 minutes and the crowd kept getting bigger. People said they were waiting for 45 minutes.When the small shuttle finally came, it was chaos and we could not get in so we had to pay another shuttle driver servicing another hotel to take us.
